Meet the Team

Joseph Osiyi is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Locus Group. Before his current role, he spent close to a decade in various roles and capacities at Asset & Resource Management Company Limited (ARM), and Union Assurance Company PLC (where he resigned as Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications. He has attended a number of courses and seminars at the Lagos Business School, Phillips Consulting, and a few other reputable training institutions. He holds a BSc. in Sociology from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Joseph is passionate about human capital development and business value enhancement.

Ebitu Ukiwe is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Locus Group. He gained an MSc in Management from Cass Business School, UK followed by 12 years of extensive experience in sales, research and project finance across a number of companies. Prior to his role in Locus Group, he worked at Asset & Resource Management Co. Ltd. as Investment / Project Officer for a number of projects. Ebitu’s passion for sales and marketing was first seeded by his work with Cobra Group of Companies, UK’s largest direct sales company, and continues to drive the opportunity for direct selling in Nigeria.
